The Dixie Cups
Description:
Rare second album with indigenous New Orleans charm reissued! The Dixie Cups, a black girl trio from New Orleans, released their rare second album in 1965 when they moved to ABC Paramount, and it is now happily reissued! The first single "Two Way Poka Way," which is a New Orleans-inspired song, is a number that shows the indigenous charm of the girls, and you can enjoy a different kind of individuality from their number one song "Chapel of Love" in the US. Four singles from the ABC Paramount - ABC era that were not included on the album have been added as bonus tracks to this definitive edition!
