For our North & South we collaborated with award-winning oil producers La Maja. This is our own blend of two classic Spanish oil styles. From the North we chose a creamy mellow Arbequina, which we combine with a dose of vibrant southern flavour by adding rich Picual. This Great Taste Award winner is an excellent house olive oil. Both full-flavoured enough for cooking and harmonious with salads and sauces.
