Description:

An unusually small double-handled vessel, a form typically seen in much larger pottery, in a rare smaller scale. This piece carries a deep, layered black-brown patina with shifting tonal variation throughout. 

The finish is not uniform, which is what gives it depth: lighter earthen undertones emerge through darker, smoky areas, creating a true timeworn surface. Twin handles anchor the form on either side, giving it a quiet symmetry despite its compact size.

We love this piece styled on a stack of art books, beside a sculptural candle, or on a console mixed with stone and wood objects. It also works beautifully in a bathroom or bedroom setting as a grounding, textural accent.
