Saison is a small batch handmade vermouth that celebrates the bounty of each season. It is made in Melbourne by Chef turned aperitif nerd Dave Verheul.
A celebration of Australian Spring. Locally grown rhubarb, magnolias, violets and lavender are blended into Victorian Moscato, then bittered with two Australian wormwoods and a bit of extra, roasted rhubarb and some spring lilac flowers for good measure.
