The Complete Assessment Kit is designed to be used by all persons engaged in Early Childhood Education from birth to 6 years and 11 months. A degree in Psychology is not required to administer either the Screens III or the IED III. Examples of persons who might use this kit include but are not limited to Maternal Health Nurses, Doctors, Paediatricians, School Nurses, Guidance Officers Child Care workers, and Teachers.

If used correctly, Screens III and IED III assessments will produce valid results, enabling identification of a child's developmental age and suggest appropriate interventions to help improve skills across a wide range of domains, ensuring all children are 'school ready' and are provided with every opportunity to succeed in the first two years of school.
