This wine is made from grapes exclusively selected from the Nagyfai and Nyilasmár Monopole terroirs. The wine undergoes a wild yeast fermentation before being aged in 225 liter barrique barrels for 17 months: 44% hungarian, 37% french and 19% american new and second-, third filled barrels. Production is 3800 bottles only.
