Fermbucha™ is an alcohol-free kombucha powder obtained by fermenting black tea with a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeasts (SCOBY). This traditional fermentation process significantly improves absorption into the body equivalent to Kombucha tea but in a more convenient form. The powder contains metabolites such as glucuronic acid and D-saccharic acid-1,4-lactone, as well as other bioactive substances like highly absorbable flavonoids that serve as SOD-like substances.
