It is constructed with an ergonomic, hard POM handle for an item that can be used for a long period of time comfortably. Items from this collection are made from forged stain free German steel and are triple-riveted with a full tang. They have a shortened bolster for ease of sharpening and come with a limited lifetime warranty. This carving knife is ideal for slicing fillets of meat, poultry, and fish. Due to the long blade, you will get large, even slices when using this knife.
