Pewag Grade 120 Chain - Higher Strength, Lower Weight

Pewag’s Grade 120 chain delivers 50% more strength than Grade 80 with less weight, making it ideal for lifting and rigging applications where high performance and reduced bulk matter.

The square link design increases the bearing surface contact area between links, helping to reduce wear and improve load distribution. It also offers up to 38% higher resistance to bending forces compared to traditional round link chain.

This chain features a 6:1 design factor, exceeding the safety margins of lower chain grades. A blue powder coat finish provides corrosion resistance and easy grade identification. Each link is embossed with “120” or “12.”

While no official Grade 120 standard exists, this chain meets ASTM A973 and NACM standards applicable to Grade 100 and follows Pewag’s internal PW manufacturing and performance specifications.
