Description: A tree in its native habitat, this variety of eucalyptus is often called the Lemon-Scented Gum tree, and for good reason: it smells like lemons! It provides oodles of narrow, lance-shaped, blue/green aromatic foliage, that is slightly fuzzy and emits a strong citrusy scent when brushed by or crushed. Used to produce citronella oil. Abundant clusters of white flowers appear on occasion.
Taken internally, eucalyptus oils are toxic.
Watering: Allow to dry out almost fully before re-watering. Drought tolerant.
Growth Rate: Vigorous
Shape: Upright
