Designed for hauling and rescue, Petzl's Mini Traxion is an openable progress-capture pulley that allows the rope to be installed while the pulley is connected to the anchor. The large-diameter sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings provides excellent efficiency (93 %). The cam can also be locked in the open position so the device can be used as a simple pulley.
