The shelves have an overall size of 67-3/8" wide, 16" deep, and are adjustable to a maximum height of 33-1/32". You can use the kit to make extra storage for materials or tools, or just remove the back guard and you can create a handy pass through over shelf to help your staff save time and steps in the kitchen.
