Water based impregnating sealer for all types of natural stone and concrete paving.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Preparation:

Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, grime, cement, and grout. First wash surfaces with a dilute solution of ECOPROTEC Intensive Cleaner 1: 5 and scrub with a nylon scrubbing pad or deck brush. Rinse well with water and a hose to remove any released residues and leave to dry (24hrs)

Application:

Shake bottle before use.
Apply evenly using foam roller, paint brush or light pressure sprayer.
On more absorbent surfaces apply further coats at hourly intervals until the surface is fully saturated.
On vertical surfaces always apply from the bottom up and wipe up any drips if they occur.
Do not use when surfaces are very cold or very hot. Ideally between 5 - 25°C
Always test on a small area before general application to help establish best method and optimum number of coats required.

COVERAGE: M2 PER COAT (5 Litre)
Honed surfaces - 150m²
Medium porosity surfaces - 75m²
Higher porosity surfaces - 37.5m²

STORAGE INFORMATION

Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment. Store locked up.
Shelf Life – Up to 2 years for un-opened containers.

OTHER

Empty containers are recyclable. Active ingredients are water soluble and inert once cured.
On higher porosity materials sufficient sealer should be applied until treated surfaces are fully saturated.
Saturation has normally been achieved when an even layer of sealer is still visible on the surface after 20 minutes.
Leave it to dry.
Do not use in temperatures under 5°C or over 25°C.
Clean application tools and brushes with water after use.
