Yet another pretty strong album from one of rock's most consistent artists. Really, who has produced such solid work with so few clunkers for so long? Here, pandemic style, Juliana Hatfield takes things in her own hands (even the artwork is hers), doing the vast majority of the instrumentation. That means, in part, that the drumming lacks punch. A few experimental sounds and production quirks pop up, but this is Hatfield in an adventurous and pissed-off mode.
