Fermented wild in stainless steel but then transferred to old oak.
Stunning intensity, texture and length. Lime and grapefruit characters with tonic and orange blossom. This is a squeaky riesling, in texture and general mouthfeel, with whispers of fruit sweetness before a long, commanding finish. Amazing wine.
