The Vitacci Phantom  EFI features an electric start and a convenient hand shifter to go from forward to reverse.  Front and rear hydraulic brakes give plenty of stopping power. Both brakes are hand-controlled.  

Additionally, parents enjoy peace of mind with a manual speed limiter on the thumb throttle. The youth ATV is also equipped with a tether that, if the rider falls off, the engine stops
