Construction & Material

Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with completely rust-free wheel bearings using stainless steel ball bearings. The double flange geometry guides the wheel securely on both sides of the rail profile and ensures exact tracking even with lateral forces. The material is resistant to water, cleaning agents, and most media used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Bearing Options

• With stainless steel ball bearings: Free-running on axle or bolt – low maintenance, ready for installation, for idler wheels.
