Guide Roller 40×15 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 40×15 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 100 kg, a bore of Ø10 mm, and a hub length of 8 mm, it is ready for direct installation and requires low maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a circlip – ensuring consistently backlash-free, smooth operation even under continuous load. Typical applications include guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a circlip, which allows for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fixing elements.
