THE CONSTRUCTION The DriMax Fiber is constructed at different fabric weights and designed for different areas of the suit. The DriMax Top Weight for lighter areas of the suit construction is finished to have less resistance and enhance a swimmer's speed through the water. The DriMax Bottom Weight is heavier for areas requiring enhanced muscle support and control. The DriMax Mesh is engineered for side areas, which require additional ventilation. As a mesh, the Coolmax panels act as an ideal cooling system by drawing moisture out and away from the body. The DriMax Liner is a micro-fiber, which has the same wicking qualities as the top weight, but has a soft, luxurious feel designed for comfort against the skin. The QuikWik Pad is exclusive to Tyr. This unique, innovative pad is designed with an open cell structure which expels water more rapidly than conventional fabrics. THE FINISH The Finish is chemically bonded to the fabric; DriMax does not wear with repeated use.
