Ingredients: SAMe (S-adenosyl-L-methionine in the form of S-adenosyl-L-methionine tosylate disulfate), glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable fatty acids).

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or nuts. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

How to use:  1 capsule 2-4 times a day with a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach (e.g. between meals). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.  People suffering from bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders and taking antidepressants should consult their doctor before using the preparation.  Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.

After opening, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator.
