Ingredients: Prebiotic - Fibregum™ Bio LAW polysaccharide (aw<0.2%), Ribwort plantain - extract (Plantago Lanceolata),MICROENCAPSULATED PROBIOTIC BIFIZEN®  BLEND: Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103, Limosilactobacillus fermentum LF16 (DSM 26956), Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus LR06 (DSM 21981), Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LP01 (LMG P-21021), Bifidobacterium longum 04 (DSM 23233), bacterial shell: glycerol esters of fatty acids, capsule shell: binder - hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules daily with a meal.
