Medium-Chain Triglycerides -  MCT medium-chain triglycerides have become especially popular as the benefits of nutritional ketosis spread. Ketones are produced by burning high-quality fats, which instead of glucose from carbohydrates become the body's primary fuel.

Ketones are the perfect fuel for your mitochondria because they burn cleanly and produce significantly fewer harmful free radicals or reactive oxygen species (ROS) compared to glucose from carbohydrates.
