Its larger-than-life character is captured by its marshmallow-like headboard, puffy silhouette and oversized wooden bun feet. The mattress sits on sturdy beech slats sunk down into the frame, to complement the bed’s low profile and soft corners.

The shape of the Budleigh bed lends itself extremely well to textured fabrics, like the stunning Bouclé pictured above. 

As with all Naturalmat beds, our team of skilled upholsterers use natural fibres instead of synthetic foam to create the Budleigh's voluptuous curves. They layer on generous amounts of recycled denim and locally-sourced organic wool to add breathability and comfort to the contemporary design. At a whopping 20cm thick, headboards don’t get much cosier than this!

The 4-piece construction (the headboard, two side rails and an end rail) makes the Budleigh more than capable of squeezing into rooms where access is tight or tricky, and don't worry, our delivery team will do the assembly.
