Glenglassaugh Revival Single Malt Scotch Whisky marks the triumphant return of the long-silent Highland Coast distillery, reopened in 2008 after more than two decades of mothballing. This inaugural expression was matured in a mixture of first-fill bourbon casks and red wine casks, before a final finishing period in first-fill oloroso sherry butts — a layered and thoughtful maturation that reflects the distillery's rejuvenated spirit. Sweet caramel, toffee, and sherry fruit dominate the nose, while the palate reveals oranges, plums, milk chocolate, and warming oak spice. A historically significant and delicious single malt. 750mL
