The pants are more of a waterproof type that you would pull over another pair of pants. They do have the gathers at the bottom of the leg. The chest on the jacket measures 21 inches under arm to under arm and the length is 22 inches shoulder to hem. The waist on the pants is 28 inches and the inseam is 28 inches long.
