Il Domaine Au Pied du Mont Chauve, fondato alla fine degli anni 2000 a Chassagne-Montrachet, è gestito da Francine Picard, erede di una storica famiglia di viticoltori bourguignons. Esteso su 35 ettari nei prestigiosi terroir di Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet e Saint-Aubin, il domaine coltiva Chardonnay e Pinot Noir in regime biodinamico, senza certificazione, rispettando i suoli argilo-calcarei. Le cuvée, come Les Demoiselles, Les Caillerets e Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly, sono vinificate in modo naturale, con fusti di grandi dimensioni per preservare la purezza del frutto. I vini bianchi offrono aromi di pera, mela, fiori e mineralità gessosa; i rossi, con note di ciliegia e spezie, sono eleganti e setosi.
