175 mm Double Flanged Wheel in Stainless Steel 1.4301 – Variant B

This version of the 175 mm double flanged wheel in stainless steel 1.4301 is also designed for load capacities up to 1,250 kg. It differs from variant A in its bearing or hub geometry – please contact us for detailed differences. Application area: heavy rail-guided systems in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering under hygienic or corrosive conditions.

Construction & Material

Precision-turned from stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A), with completely rust-free wheel bearing via stainless steel ball bearings. Suitable for manual and motorized systems up to 8 km/h. The double flange geometry reliably ensures double-sided guidance on flat and profile rails.

Bearing Options

• With stainless steel ball bearings: Free-running on axle or bolt – low maintenance and ready for installation.
• With hub keyway: Torque-proof shaft connection for driven wheels.
